Yes. A 30% deposit is required before your website build starts.
Who owns the website, and can I choose my own hosting?
You own the website files once payment is complete. Hosting, domains and email are annual paid services. You can arrange those services elsewhere and have Easy Flow build the website; discuss your preferred setup when requesting a quote.
How many revisions are included?
One free revision is included. Any mistakes in our work are corrected separately and do not use that included revision.
Can I add more products later?
Yes, absolutely. Your online store can grow with your business, and additional products can be added at any time. You can manage them yourself or we can assist if needed.
Can I reach out if I need help once my website is built?
Yes. If you require ongoing support after your website is launched, we offer website maintenance and support plans to suit different needs. Alternatively, if you only require occasional assistance, we can quote you on a workload basis for any updates or changes you need.
What happens after the included hosting period ends?
Your package includes 12 months of hosting. After that, hosting renews at $100 per year, allowing your website to remain live, secure and accessible to your customers.
