A website package is a starting scope: a way to agree how much information your site needs and what work is included. The useful question is whether it covers your customers’ questions, rather than which package has the longest feature list.
Current Easy Flow website package sizes
The Australian website options are a one-page website at $400, a three-page website at $550, a five-page website at $650 and the 11-page Growth package at $1,000. Confirm the inclusions and final scope in your written quote before proceeding.
What belongs on those pages?
Start with a list of questions visitors need answered. A home page should explain what the business does and where it works. Service pages can describe suitability, process and the information needed for a quote. A project page can show completed work. A contact page should make the next step straightforward.
These are examples, not a requirement to fill every available page. Where two topics serve the same purpose, a clear combined page may work better than two repetitive ones.

Agree on features separately
An online store, appointment booking tool or specialist integration needs its own requirements. Explain what the feature must do, which platform it connects to and whether you already have an account. Check any third-party fees and ongoing responsibilities before including it in the build.
Understand the payment and handover terms
A 30% deposit is required before the website build begins. One revision is included, and mistakes are corrected separately. Website files belong to the client after full payment.
Hosting, domains and email are annual paid services. You can purchase those elsewhere and have Easy Flow build the site. Ask about the renewal price and support arrangement after any included period, and confirm which content and images you need to supply.
Prepare before choosing
- List the services or products you need to explain.
- Gather your logo, photos and current contact details.
- Identify any booking, payment or integration requirements.
- Ask for the page structure and exclusions in writing.
The current package comparison has the detailed inclusions for each option.
